Sandpoint Idaho

The last weekend we were in Spokane, we stayed at my parents summer house in Sandpoint, Idaho.  I grew up spending all of my summers throughout my high school years here, and I had the time of my life.  Sandpoint is one of the most beautiful places on earth.  It is fun to share it with my children, husband, and in-laws.  While visiting Sandpoint, we went to the state park so the kids could play on the playground.
Liv on the slide...she was so cute.

These 3 are all within one year apart!

Kaden was goofing off.

We played so much Tripoly on this trip :) can you tell
Chrystal and I are the ones who married into the
family? We are the crazies :).

Could this be any more beautiful?

Friends from high school used to always ask if I missed my friends in Washington during the summer.  I always did miss them, but I had my Idaho girlfriends that I was always so excited to see.  There were 3 other girls who lived in Sandpoint all year round, and had homes on our street.  We spent almost every single day together during the summer.  We would swim, jet ski, watch movies, go into town, put on plays (the barbie beauty pagent was our best...haha), laughed, cried, etc.  These girls became more like family than friends.  All three girls came to my wedding too! They will always have a piece of my heart.  While visiting with Cory's family I was able to see one of the girls, Taryn.  She is such a beautiful person inside and out.  Here is a pic of the two of us.

This trip was so fun, I wish I could spend my whole summer there instead of hot Arizona...oh well.
