This is a totally random post, but I can't believe this happened and I have to share it:
Last week as I was organizing my apartment, I noticed a few things that my girlfriend Melissa had left behind before she moved to Texas. I figured I would box the following items up and send them to her: a sippy cup, a tote bag, and a toy that her son had left. That was it. I did not pack anything but those three items. Cory took it to the Post Office and mailed it to her.
When Melissa opened the same box I sent her, the following items were in the box: the toy, the tote bag, and several blue ray movies, a few vhs movies, and a barbie playstation 2 game. No sippy cup!!!
How BIZARRE is that!!!! Seriously....someone got into the package and took out the sippy cup and replaced it with brand new un-opened movies!!! I don't understand how this happened. It kind of freaks me out that people can get into our stuff....and if so, why take a sippy cup and replace with those movies...especially brand new blue ray movies?
Anyways, I just thought I would share my crazy story.

ReplyDeleteWhat a weird story! I can't believe someone would do that! I can see some weirdo putting useless junk in or stealing stuff (which is still awful), but to put IN stuff of value?? ODD!
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's pretty weird. It kind of sounds like someone had some illegal loot they were trying to get rid of and put it in your box. Or, maybe a bunch of boxes were damaged and someone tried to put the stuff back together and put it all in wrong boxes. So weird!
