Objective: To get both kids trained to use the potty by Christmas and in underwear.
Plan of Action: Sticker charts made, taking each kid to the potty regularly and have set out a small potty in hopes to get them both comfortable going #2 on the toilet.
Day 1:
Joey earned 11 stickers for going #1 and 0 for #2 (but he never actually went)
Genevieve earned: 7 stickers for going #1 and 0 for #2
Highlights: Joey sat on the toilet for collective 2 hours "trying" to go #2. This is a big step for him, because before he would not sit on the toilet without sobbing. Here is to hoping today is his big day. I keep showing him the poopy dance he will get from me if he goes. This ALWAYS makes him laugh. Just trying to show him it is ok and fun to go in the toilet.
*Update, just caught him going #2 in his pull-up....oh well, try again tomorrow.
Next update after a week. I may need a bottle of wine by then :).
