Christmas Cookies

On Sunday Cory, Joey, and I went to our friends Amy and Erik's apartment to make Christmas cookies, watch Christmas movies, and eat dinner with them. We had a wonderful time. They are great hosts :).

*Note* See the mitten on the cookie tray....last night Cory was eating a cookie and I asked him what shape he was eating and he told me he was eating an OVEN MIT!!! hahaha...I was laughing so hard....and then I told him it was a mitten :)

Amy tried a recipe she got from a girl at work and it was AMAZING. Tortilla Soup...here is the recipe in case you want to try it...absolutely AMAZING!
