I just went to my 39 week OB appointment and found out that I am 2 cm dialated, -1 on a scale of -4 to +4 as far as the baby's head dropping, and I lost my mucus plug. I told my doctor today that I predicted I would go into labor on Saturday and he told me that was a good prediction. We will see what happens :). I have been feeling a lot of pressure and have a constant crampy feeling. I am so excited to meet baby Joseph, but I am also feeling very patient about the whole process. He will come out when he is ready, which I think will be sooner than later :).
Please keep all three of us in your prayers. Especially for a safe delivery. We could not be more excited to meet our son!

ReplyDeleteIf you've already lost your mucus plug and are feeling "crampy" I think you'll be in labor before Saturday! At least that was my experience...You'll be in our prayers for sure.
ReplyDeleteP.S. ~ Those "cramps" are contractions. See, labor's not that bad, huh? All you have to do is multiply those cramps by a bunch and you have full, active labor. :)
